"As a board certified chaplain and
educator, I strive to be both a servant
and a professional in everything I do.
I believe that I am a gifted chaplain
who can offer inspiration and
encouragement to people who need
it; but I am also a 'wounded healer'
who can empathize with those who
suffer and listen when people share
their deepest sorrows. I have had my
share of pain and suffering, but my
personal faith has sustained me. As
an educator, I can teach, but I see my
first order of business to be a lifetime
learner. Modeling growth beats
telling people how to grow. And, I
prize relationship above anything else.
